Excellent food! We've lived up the street from China Garden and pass by it everyday for three years and we finally tried it out and it was worth the wait! We will definitely come back for m!

We decided after many years (literally years) of passing this place up to give it a shot.
It was decent. Not much different than any other Chinese food establishment but it's great to have up on the hill.
The food was good. My son discovered he liked sweet and sour pork. (Anything new he will try and like is a win for this mom)
Our waitress was adorable and did a great job. We will return for sure. Thanks for being a great server! I didn't get her name but we went in on Thursday night and she was the only one working. She did not disappoint! Thanks! -

Five stars for consistently great food & great staff. I've eaten at China Garden several times and have never been disappointed. The egg rolls are light and crispy since they are rolled in rice paper (think: spring rolls, but fried). I've tried several of the entrees, but the mushu pork and honey walnut prawns are my all-time favorites. I highly recommend China Garden!

To be a true Chinese restaurant it has to have a buffet.
Strike one. It also can't have typical lunch menu items over $10 like Asian bistro (good food but $$$)
We are safe with the affordable prices. The food was just average. And bland. It's Chinese. The simplest of all ethnic cuisines. Ok tied with Mexican because all 17 Mexican dishes are the same. Are you telling me a burrito and enchilada are different? Ok.
Back to the review. I mean Panda Express is sadly the best Chinese food in Spokane. It's what sbarro is to pizza. My Rich friend raubert needs to open up a good quality Chinese dive near the south hill or med district.
Ming wah has gone down hill. -

Sunday meal was spectacular for all four of us. The appetizer platter was the best in Spokane. We will tell all our friends and family about this hidden gem.
